HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS? 

The sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes. On a first session we may spend some more time getting some background and finding out about some specific areas of your life.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SESSIONS? 

Session fees are $120 per session for initial and follow up sessions.

DO I HAVE TO PAY UPFRONT?

Yes. Payment is required on the day of your consultation.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We have EFT facilities or you can pay in cash on the day of your appointment. 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?

Yes. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please provide 24 hours notice to allow for us to fill the spot.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL? 

No. You may be referred by someone, but a referral is not necessary.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I REQUIRE? 

This can vary depending on individual situation. Chat to your counsellor on your initial visit and we can decide together once we have some more background information.

IS THERE A MEDICARE REBATE? 

Unfortunately, a Medicare rebate is not available for the services on offer. Some private health funds provide a return for the services offered by a registered counsellor / therapist / psychotherapist. Please check with your insurance provider for more information on your insurance policy and cover.

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS? 

I have a Bachelors degree in Psychology (Double Major Psychology & Counselling) and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychotherapy. I am registered with Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA).
